Daniel Hauck's practice focuses on complex litigation with an emphasis on antitrust matters. Mr. Hauck has experience investigating and handling claims of Sherman Act violations such as price-fixing, customer allocation and bid-rigging. In particular, Mr. Hauck has helped to represent corporate plaintiffs who choose to opt out of class action litigation involving price-fixing and pursue direct claims. He also assists clients with antitrust compliance issues in addition to other commercial litigation.
