Dan Hauck focuses his practice on antitrust law and commercial litigation. He has represented several corporations in connection with price-fixing cases and other claims related to anticompetitive behavior. He also counsels clients on identifying and resolving antitrust concerns posed by new business opportunities. In addition to his antitrust experience, Mr. Hauck handles both general and complex commercial litigation and has significant experience managing high-volume electronic discovery.
