Courtney J. Peterson focuses her practice on commercial litigation matters. Ms. Peterson’s practice includes all facets of litigation, including case analysis, discovery, motion practice, deposition preparation, court appearances, hearings, mediation, settlement negotiations and trial preparation.
Ms. Peterson has represented clients in trusts and estates litigation, consumer banking actions, commercial foreclosures, landlord-tenant disputes, personal-injury actions and contract disputes. Ms. Peterson has also assisted in the trying of trusts and estates cases in New York’s Surrogate’s Court.
Ms. Peterson also has experience in handling litigations in New Jersey State Court.
