Corenia Riley Burlingame is an associate in the Tax Advice and Controversy client service group. Ms. Burlingame's practice involves structuring and closing transactions incorporating tax credit financing.
She represents investors, developers and syndicators in low income housing tax credit transactions, including those involving tax exempt bond financing and other federal and state subsidies. Ms. Burlingame's clients in new markets transactions have included qualified active low income community businesses, community development entities and investors. She also has experience in transactions using historic rehabilitation and renewable energy tax credits, including pairing these credits with low income housing or new markets tax credits.
