Ms. Neumeyer's practice in environmental law includes representing clients regarding compliance with federal and state environmental regulatory programs and enforcement defense throughout the country. In particular, Ms. Neumeyer has assisted clients in resolving regulatory compliance issues under RCRA, CERCLA, and federal and state regulation of underground and aboveground storage tanks. She also has represented clients in litigation matters involving CERCLA and Brownfield developments.

Ms. Neumeyer's commercial litigation practice concentrates on resolution of commercial disputes through negotiation, mediation and state and federal litigation representing primarily corporate and business clients, including lenders, financial institutions, and Fortune 500 corporations. In the financial industry, Ms. Neumeyer has represented regional, national and international banking institutions with matters regarding residential foreclosure, fiduciary liability, and lender liability.  Her experience includes demands, settlement, discovery, depositions, dispositive motions, and appeals. Ms. Neumeyer’s experience with strategic planning includes analysis and presentation of liability exposure, negotiation strategies, and cost-benefit analysis. 

During law school, she served as editor-in-chief of the Arizona Journal of International and Comparative Law.
