Ms. Keaney has experience in drafting and negotiation of various commercial agreements, such as manufacturing, supply and distribution agreements; employment agreements, confidentiality agreements, licensing agreements, consulting agreements and other services contracts in a wide variety of industries and markets, including manufacturing, technology, consumer goods, executive office leasing, retail and private equity.
