Caroline (Coco) Soodek has broad experience as outside general counsel to numerous companies in a variety of industries. She counsels privately held and public companies on a variety of issues, such as their formation, operation, financing and exit strategies. She has experience with finance, mergers and acquisitions, securities reporting and offerings, outsourcing agreements, supply chain management issues and entertainment matters.
