Cassandra Writz concentrates her practice in the areas of corporate restructuring and bankruptcy, creditors’ rights and commercial litigation. She has represented corporate debtors, secured lenders, mortgage loan servicers, trustees and other parties in interest in bankruptcy cases locally and around the country.
Ms. Writz represents corporate and individual borrowers and secured creditors in commercial workouts and out-of-court restructurings, foreclosures and receivership proceedings.
She has also represented corporate clients in a wide variety of commercial transactions, including real estate and asset sales, commercial lease and contract negotiations, environmental settlements with regulatory agencies.
