Clifford Jenks practices in the areas of corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions and commercial transactions. He assists public companies in the issuance of securities, periodic reporting obligations, corporate governance and New York Stock Exchange and Nasdaq compliance. He represents private companies in the issuance of debt and equity securities and in general business matters. Mr. Jenks works with domestic and foreign venture capital and private equity funds in raising capital, the purchase and disposition of privately placed securities and in managing portfolio company relationships. He also represents public and private companies in their merger, acquisition, divestiture and joint venture transactions. He assists companies in their commercial contracting arrangements, particularly motor transportation and logistics arrangements.
