Christopher Dueringer has represented domestic and international clients in a wide range of state and federal suits, including cases involving complex contract claims and business torts, consumer remedies, substantial bond and insurance claims, lender liability, asbestos and other premises and product liability, automotive, dealer/franchise disputes and entertainment related matters. Mr. Dueringer has prosecuted and defended actions for clients in a variety of industries, including manufacturing, distribution, insurance, banking, travel and lodging, entertainment and construction. His experience ranges from simple matters to tri-partite arbitrations, class actions and multi-district complex litigation. Mr. Dueringer has tried cases to both juries and the court. He has provided clients with pre-litigation advice, including advising a variety of international clients regarding litigation in the United States, and handled all aspects of litigation including discovery, alternative dispute resolution, motion practice, trial and appeal. Mr. Dueringer was named one of the Southern California Super Lawyers “Rising Stars” for 2004 by the publishers of Law and Politics and Los Angeles Magazine. He also recently served as an officer and board member of the Santa Monica Bar Association.
