Christopher Javillonar’s practice focuses on complex commercial litigation and his experience encompasses all aspects of the litigation process, including case strategy, pre-trial briefing, depositions, hearings, trial preparations and trial. Mr. Javillonar represents regional and national clients in a broad range of disputes, including class action defense, antitrust claims, corporate internal investigations, securities litigation and white-collar defense.
While attending law school, he was awarded the Judge John W. Calhoun Trial Practice Award for demonstrating exceptional talent and enthusiasm for trial practice. In addition, he was a member of the Trial Advocacy Team, which placed first in the region and placed fifth nationally in the American Trial Lawyers Association’s Trial Advocacy Competition.
