Charles Attlee’s practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and business advice, with concentrations in financial services legislation, investment funds including indirect property investments and property securitisation and technology. Mr. Attlee is a solicitor, qualified in 1981; ACoI, associate of the Compliance Institute 1998; and co-author of the Financial Services Section of Butterworths Accountants Legal Service.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Attlee was a partner with Druces & Attlee, Solicitors, London where he served as head of company and commercial law from 1993 to 1999 and managing partner from 1987 to 1991. He was managing partner of Bryan Cave’s London office from 2001 to 2006.
