Chaeri Tornay focuses her practice in transactions and corporate finance. Ms. Tornay’s experience includes assisting clients in mergers, acquisitions and other corporate transactions, as well as public and private debt and equity offerings. Ms. Tornay also counsels clients on federal securities laws issues and handles the preparation and review of periodic reports and proxy materials.
