Catesby Major concentrates her practice in the areas of class action, commercial and employment litigation. Ms. Major has worked on numerous consumer class actions in state and federal courts, including civil actions seeking to certify nationwide class claims, as well as multi district litigation proceedings. Her experience also includes defense in all aspects of employment discrimination litigation at the administrative, state and federal levels.
