Carolyn Brown is a member of Bryan Cave’s Real Estate and Banking section and the Real Estate Capital Markets practice group.
She represents major financial institutions, commercial banks, and master and special loan servicers in all aspects of real estate finance, including workouts, assumptions, foreclosures, loan sales, and originations. She advises master and special servicers on the servicing of securitized and unsecuritized commercial mortgage loans.
Mrs. Brown assists owners, investors, and tenants in all aspects of commercial real estate, including the purchase, sale and operation of commercial real estate assets. She represents landlords and tenants in lease negotiations for office, retail and industrial properties.
