Carolyn Brown is a member of the Financial Services Client Service Group and Real Estate Capital Markets practice team.
She represents major financial institutions, commercial banks, and master and special loan servicers in all aspects of real estate finance, including workouts, assumptions, foreclosures, loan sales, and originations. She advises master and special servicers on the servicing of securitized and unsecuritized commercial mortgage loans.
Ms. Brown assists owners, investors, and tenants in all aspects of commercial real estate, including the purchase, sale and operation of commercial real estate assets. She represents landlords and tenants in lease negotiations for office, retail and industrial properties.
