Brandt is the winner of the litigation category for Missouri; Hayhurst is the winner for banking in California; and Samuels is the labor and employment law winner in Colorado. Hayhurst’s practice focuses on all aspects of structured finance transactions, including real estate and commercial loan documentation, real estate loan workouts and foreclosure, receivership and loan/guaranty enforcement litigation.
Samuels’ practice centers on all aspects of employment law, general civil litigation and intellectual property law. He represents employers throughout the United States and holds licenses in Colorado, California and Texas. He also acts as an employment law arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association.
