Bruce Howell focuses his practice on various aspects of health law, including reimbursement, fraud and abuse, managed care issues, ERISA and physician practice management issues. He also handles cases involving genetics, organ transplant technology, reproductive technology, clinical research and health care insurance coverage.

In addition, Mr. Howell's representative experience includes:

  • Representing companies and individuals in health care governmental investigations
  • Counseling clients in structuring transactions to comply with health law regulatory requirements
  • Litigating and serving as expert witness in health law regulatory areas
  • Representing clients before state agencies in health care licensing matters
  • Creating compliance programs for health law clients
  • Consulting clients on corporate governance matters and tax enforcement matters in non-profit tax/health care work
  • Litigating cases including health care insurance and ERISA issues
