Brian Recor concentrates his practice on both class action defense and international arbitration.

He defends companies in U.S. class actions, and other lawsuits, brought by consumers alleging false advertising or unfair competition. He also represents companies in international business disputes, and is one of very few California litigators admitted to practice law in France.

• Defense of credit reporting company in consumer class actions, and individual actions, involving the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and online advertising claims
• Defense of wireless telecommunications provider in California consumer class action alleging violations of the California Insurance Code and unfair competition law; dismissal affirmed on appeal
