Brent Rychener is a partner in the Colorado Springs office. He has served the litigation needs of the firm’s clients throughout his career.

After graduating in 1982 at the top of his class from Goshen College, Mr. Rychener attended Stanford Law School. He received his law degree from Stanford in 1985 and was awarded the Order of the Coif for graduating in the top ten percent of his class.

Mr. Rychener’s litigation practice is national in scope. He has handled litigation matters in state trial courts in Colorado, Nevada, New Jersey, New Mexico, Ohio, and Oklahoma; the Colorado Court of Appeals and Colorado Supreme Court; the United States District Courts for Colorado, Minnesota, Southern District of Indiana, Nevada, and Southern District of New York; the United States Court of Appeals for the Second, Seventh, and Tenth Circuits; and the United States Supreme Court. Mr. Rychener also has helped clients resolve many legal disputes outside of court through mediation and arbitration.
