Brendon Barton focuses his practice in the area of commercial litigation in both state and federal courts, with an emphasis in complex real estate and banking litigation. Mr. Barton's experience includes representation in all aspects of litigation, including trial.
Prior to law school, Mr. Barton worked for a general contractor specializing in residential development. Mr. Barton also spent time working and studying in France with various organizations, including work for the Salt Lake Organizing Committee in conjunction with the 2002 Winter Olympic Games in Salt Lake City.
During law school, Mr. Barton served as Staff Editor for the Utah Law Review. He was a summer intern with the firm's Irvine office in 2005. Mr. Barton also worked as a judicial intern for the Hon. Michael W. McConnell of the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit.
