Brendan Johnson concentrates his practice in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments and securities law. He advises clients in a wide variety of corporate matters, including mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, proxy contests, strategic alliances, venture capital financings, private equity fund formation, initial public offerings, exchange offers and other registered equity, debt and convertible offerings, Rule 144A and Regulation S exempt financing, Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002 compliance and other corporate governance matters, joint ventures and general corporate advice. Mr. Johnson has experience representing companies involved in the life sciences, financial services, medical device, pharmaceuticals, software and telecommunications industries.
