Robert Bach is a partner in the Denver office and the former Chair of HRO’s Executive Committee. As the Chair of HRO’s Executive Committee from 2000 to 2008, he was the firm's Chief Executive Officer responsible for its offices in Denver, Boulder, Colorado Springs, Salt Lake City, San Francisco, Los Angeles, and London before returning to the full-time practice of law in the Spring of 2008. Mr. Bach’s eight years of experience in leading the firm provide unique insights into the challenges that clients face every day.

He has a broad-ranging practice, which includes the representation of owners and developers in all aspects of real estate transactions including publicly traded entities such as Dividend Capital Total Realty Trust and Industrial Income Trust as well as regional developers such as Alliance Commercial Partners and Red Peak Properties. His experience also includes all aspects of real estate and real estate lending, as well as the workout of troubled loans for regional and national lenders. Mr. Bach also represents developers and investors in all types of partnership, joint venture and fund formation. In addition, he represents high net worth individuals and provides them advice on a number of matters, including wealth transfer strategies.

Mr. Bach is recognized as one of the region’s most prominent real estate attorneys and is consistently recognized in Chambers & Partners and Best Lawyers in America.
