Bartley Fisher is active in all areas of tax practice, with special emphasis on the tax consequences of owning, operating and disposing of real property, corporate reorganizations and asset and stock acquisitions, partnerships and limited liability companies and real estate investment trusts. Mr. Fisher has written and lectured on a variety of topics, primarily concerning income tax issues involved in the acquisition, operation and disposition of real property.
