Benjamin Angelette’s experience covers a broad range of corporate and transactional matters, including capital markets transactions, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance matters and commercial transactions. Mr. Angelette regularly assists public companies in a variety of public debt and equity offerings, tender and exchange offers and private placements of securities. He has represented companies in acquisitions and divestitures throughout North America as well as in Europe, Asia and Africa. He also represents private companies in the issuance of debt and equity securities and in general business matters.
