Bart Wall represents domestic and international financial institutions and other businesses involved in working capital and fixed asset financings and refinancings, leveraged acquisition and mezzanine financings, debtor-in-possession and plan confirmation financings, letter of credit facilities, and receivable securitization transactions funded through commercial paper conduits. Mr. Wall has substantial experience with both secured and unsecured financings, with a particular emphasis on secured financings and intercreditor and debt subordination negotiations.
Mr. Wall’s practice also concentrates in the structuring and documentation of transactions involving derivatives, including swaps, futures, options, credit-linked notes, and repurchase agreements. His services are utilized by our investment fund clients, banks and corporate end-users in a variety of transactions to hedge currency, commodity, interest rate and credit risk through swaps and other derivative products.
