Barry Fang's practice focuses on international trade, ITC practice and IP matters. Mr. Fang advises clients on a wide range of issues involving the PRC market, including assisting multinational clients with trademark transfer, registration, patent licensing, etc. He also advices on foreign direct investment and general corporate matters.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Fang practiced with another international law firm in Shanghai and California. In law school, he was primary articles editor for law review.
