Mr. Farr’s practice concentrates on complex commercial, financial institutions and intellectual property litigation. He has successfully represented clients in a wide range of industries in matters relating to business torts, contractual disputes, non-compete agreements, theft of trade secrets and copyright, patent and trademark infringement. He also has extensive experience representing financial institutions in matters involving claims under state consumer protection statutes and federal regulations, including RESPA, TILA and FDCPA. Mr. Farr has appeared before international arbitration panels and state and federal trial and appellate courts throughout the country.
