Five lawyers from Bryan Cave’s Kansas City and St. Louis offices have been selected as “Up & Coming Lawyers” for 2012 by
Missouri Lawyers Weekly. Up & Coming Lawyers are younger than 40 or within their first 10 years of practice and are making a positive difference in the quality of justice while exemplifying the highest ideals of the legal profession.

Bryan Cave’s 2012 “Up & Coming Lawyer” honorees include:
Kansas CityChristopher Javillonar focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation and his experience encompasses all aspects of the litigation process, including case strategy, pre-trial briefing, depositions, hearings, trial preparations and trial. Mr. Javillonar represents regional and national clients in a broad range of disputes, including class action defense, antitrust claims, corporate internal investigations, securities litigation and white-collar defense.
St. LouisRyan Davis is a transactional and business lawyer with a focus on mergers & acquisitions, corporate counseling and sports, entertainment and sponsorship matters. Mr. Davis regularly represents public and private company clients, private business owners and sports teams, players and sponsors in connection with a broad range of corporate transactional matters and serves as a co-leader of the Firm’s Sports Group.
Susan (Suzie) Easton has experience with a broad range of corporate transactional matters, including formation of limited liability companies, mergers and acquisitions, venture capital investments, corporate formation, general commercial transactions and corporate governance matters. Ms. Easton has experience with companies in a number of industries, including telecommunications, manufacturing and agribusiness.
Keith Kehrer is the Leader of the Nonprofit and Tax-Exempt Organizations Team. Mr. Kehrer has advised numerous tax-exempt organizations, private foundations, supporting organizations, company-sponsored charities, community foundations, donor advised fund sponsors, governmental entities, social welfare organizations, trade associations, business leagues, title-holding companies, social clubs and charities regarding issues specific to such organizations.
Tino Ochoa is a member of the Real Estate, Banking, Business & Public Finance, and Bankruptcy, Restructuring & Creditors’ Rights Client Service Groups. He was a summer associate with the firm in 2008 and 2009. During law school, Mr. Ochoa interned at the Community & Economic Development Clinic.
