St. Louis Business Journal '40 Under 40' 2012

St. Louis Partner Stephanie Hosler has been selected as one of the St. Louis region’s most outstanding young professionals by the St. Louis Business Journal. Hosler and 39 of her contemporaries are included in the publication’s 2012 “40 Under 40” list. The honorees were chosen by a panel of Business Journal editors and former winners based on achievements in their careers and their communities.

Hosler concentrates her practice in the areas of business and transactional counseling. Her practice includes mergers and acquisitions, general commercial counseling, joint ventures and strategic alliances, private offerings of securities, stock-for-stock acquisitions, and acquisitions of minority interests. She has experience representing public companies, closely held businesses, venture capital firms, investment partnerships, portfolio companies of venture capital and buyout firms, and financial institutions. She also has experience with companies in a number of different industries, including telecommunications, consumer goods, life sciences, banking, and private equity.

This year’s “40 Under 40” winners will be profiled in the Jan. 27 issue of the St. Louis Business Journal. They also will be recognized Feb. 9 with a dinner and awards ceremony at the Chase Park Plaza. Click here for more information or to order tickets to the reception.
