Bryan Cave Partner Neil Irwin was inducted April 1 into the Indiana University Maurer School of Law Academy of Law Alumni Fellows. This is the highest honor the school can bestow on its graduates.

Established in 1985, the Academy of Law Alumni Fellows recognizes Indiana University Maurer School of Law alumni who have distinguished themselves in their careers through personal achievements and dedication to the highest standards of the profession. The academy is comprised of an elite group that includes U.S. senators, federal judges, business leaders and practitioners. Irwin is also a member of the Maurer School of Law’s Board of Visitors.

For more than 35 years, Irwin has practiced business law with a special emphasis on transactional matters for many private and public companies. He currently represents both companies as well as high net worth individuals in a variety of activities ranging from the purchase and sale of assets and businesses to managing litigation in multiple jurisdictions. Representative clients include public companies involved with vehicle rentals, health care, alternative energy and technology; private companies involved in various entrepreneurial endeavors including real estate projects, and many other diverse business interests.
