Chambers Global 2011

Chambers & Partners has recognized two Bryan Cave partners and one group in Chambers Global 2011: The World’s Leading Lawyers for Business, The Client’s Guide.

Each year, Chambers researchers conduct thousands of interviews with lawyers and clients worldwide to compile their rankings. The publication ranks law firms and individual lawyers in “bands” from one to six, with one being the best.

London Partner Dyke Arboneaux is ranked in Band 2 for her international private client work. She also is ranked in Band 3 and recognized as a “regional expert” for her private client work in the United Kingdom section of the publication. Santa Monica Partner Ken Costello is ranked in Band 3 for his franchise work. In addition, the Franchise & Distribution Law Team itself is ranked in Band 3.

The publication notes that Arboneaux “provides key expertise on the interplay between US and UK tax issues.” Interviewees highlight Costello as “a very fine and thorough transactional attorney with excellent commercial awareness.”

Overall, Bryan Cave was noted as “highly regarded for its work in both transactional and litigious global franchising matters,” and sources told Chambers researchers that “Bryan Cave has lawyers with a high level of franchising expertise.”
