St. Louis Business Journal '40 Under 40' 2010

St. Louis Partner Daniel White has been selected as one of the St. Louis region’s most outstanding young professionals by the St. Louis Business Journal. White and 40 of his contemporaries are included in the publication’s 2010 “40 Under 40” list. The honorees were chosen by a panel of Business Journal editors and former winners based on achievements in their careers and their communities.

White’s practice focuses primarily in corporate and partnership tax planning, including acquisitions, mergers, reorganizations, spin-offs and restructuring transactions. He regularly represents public and private operating companies as well as venture capital and private equity funds. White is an adjunct professor of law at Washington University School of Law where he teaches tax-free reorganizations, restructurings and spin-offs.

This year’s “40 Under 40” winners will be profiled in the Jan. 15 issue of the St. Louis Business Journal. They also will be recognized Feb. 11 with a dinner and awards ceremony at The Palladium, 1400 Park Place in Lafayette Square.
