BTI Consulting Group Client Service All-Star Team 2009

Bryan Cave Partner Lou Spelios (Atlanta) and Associates Rick Frawley (Kansas City) and Craig Jeffrey (Chicago) have been recognized as among the nation’s top attorneys for delivering superior service to Fortune 1000 clients, as judged by BTI Consulting Group.

BTI conducted more than 270 individual interviews with corporate counsel at large and Fortune 1000 companies to determine this year’s 176-attorney “BTI Client Service All-Star Team.” Those selected were chosen for their ability to deliver service in a way that adds more value to the client relationship. According to BTI Consulting Group, amid economic turmoil, these attorneys “transformed economic crisis into opportunity, helping to drive client satisfaction among large corporations to its highest point in five years.”
