Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association Congenial Counselor Award 2008

Elaine Drodge Koch, partner in Bryan Cave's Kansas City office, has earned the 2008 Congenial Counselor Award from the Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association (KCMBA). The award, created in 1988, is presented to one or more KCMBA members who exemplify professional gallantry, peacemaking, harmony and friendship.

Koch is leader of Bryan Cave’s Labor & Employment Client Service Group. Her practice focuses primarily on employment litigation, civil rights litigation and business torts. She has tried numerous jury and bench trials in both federal and state courts and handled arbitration hearings. She is a fellow of The College of Labor and Employment Lawyers and national speaker on litigation techniques and employment law issues.
