Anthony Fiducia joined the firm in 2000. His transactional experience includes representation of companies active in the television, radio, film, clothing, Internet, aviation, venture capital and financial services sectors. Mr. Fiducia’s experience extends from start-up finance and IPOs to major transactions for publicly held organisations as well as the commercial operations of such businesses. It includes drafting and negotiating joint venture arrangements, shareholder agreements, loan agreements, intercreditor agreements, all forms of security documentation, rights issues and admissions to and listings on the London Stock Exchange. Prior to joining the firm, he was a partner with Davenport Lyons, Solicitors, London, where he served as head of company and commercial law and as finance partner.
