Andrew Brummel focuses his practice in the areas of financial institutions, transactions, corporate finance and securities and government contracts. Mr. Brummel has represented clients in connection with mergers and acquisitions, corporate and regulatory compliance and contract negotiation. Mr. Brummel also works with financial institutions and other financial businesses regarding payment systems, including ACH transactions, prepaid cards, debit cards and credit cards. Prior to and during law school Mr. Brummel was a procurement agent for a major defense contractor, where he negotiated complex subcontracts under a systems integration contract for the United States Government.
