Allen Jones practices in the area of commercial litigation. His experience encompasses all aspects of the litigation process, including case strategy, pre-trial briefing, depositions, hearings, trial preparations and trial. Mr. Jones represents regional and national clients in a wide range of business disputes, including breach of contract, fiduciary duty claims, and complex class action defense.

While attending law school, Mr. Jones was a member of the University of Kansas Law Review, serving as copy editor. He also interned at the United States Attorney’s Office and a large law firm in Boise, Idaho.
